Default Foul Feast vs Draw Conditions

I've been using a blood necro hero with angorodon's gaze + foul feast/draw conditions. I want the necro to be an efficient condition remover - does anyone know if the AI uses foul feast and draw conditions differently? If I slot in draw conditions, will the hero use it more for condition removal than if I had foul feast?

I have not noticed any difference between the two. You should note though that heroes will draw/remove ANY condition, even when it is not detrimental to the role. I occasionally have to bring Extinguish as well in order to clear party-wide conditions, since the Hero will not prioritize (ie removing Blind on frontline) properly.

Conditions in PvE are applied continously, so foul feast tends to be spammed to no avail, I'd rather just have a small bonus with a heal

Mend Body & Soul/Smite condition
